SPA’s newly-constructed Arlington Collaboration Research Center is open as of July 21, 2025. Located in the heart of Ballston, the 4,000 square foot facility includes a 2,200 square foot, multi-configuration conference room with a 110-person capacity, meeting room and offices, and comfortable dining and lounge areas for visitors to engage with one another in multiple settings.

- Reception desk with phone lockers
- Large meeting room
- Six-to-ten-person small meeting room with wall monitor
- Three offices, each equipped with two standing desks and laptop workstations
- Galley area with coffee, refrigerator, microwave, and dining island
- Lounge area with chairs, tables, and monitor/TV
